Thanks Larue. I got several very nice compliments this festival. I was just barely able to get my head back into the car for the trip home. Regiberry came over to introduce herself, too. But she didn't stay very long.
I didn't make any of webhog's pictures on Sunday night!! By then I was exhausted. Up until 4 on Thursday, 3 on Friday and Saturday. I think it was midnight before I got up from my, "Afternoon nap," on Sunday. |

I came over to Camp Crud many times but never stayed more than 2 songs each time! Have to pass Camp Crud to get to Bathhouse C! Always great jams and great people at Crud!
There were just so many great jams this time at Strawberry!
I had a blast!
I didn't stay up late past 2:00am...too hard to recover for me!
I'm still catching up on my sleep! |

we've posted more camp crud jams on youtube.com.
the jams we posted this time are the typical latenight camp crud jams when people strolling by with their instruments join the circle and inhance the sound.
over the years we have had some amazing musicians sit in for a few minutes or usually a few hours and help create some magical musical moments.
you might recognize some of your own camp members amongst the crudders, shhhh, don't tell anyone :)

we found one more camp crud strawberry video and we posted it on youtube.com.
if you turn up the volume and close your eyes you will feel like you're at spring strawberry again.
to really enhance the experience turn your air conditioner on to 40 degrees and put on a heavy jacket, knit hat and gloves and enjoy the music!

Just a quick thanks for all you Crudders post, tubes wise . . . .
And a second, more slower and thoughtful thanks, for all you folks do, at Crux . . . .
And a third thanks for lettin me hang in with all y'all . . . and any others ya let hang.
It's not the zhazz.
It's not the songs.
It's the feeling that you are welcomed, and graced, to pick and sit.
Crud, like Howdy and any other number of camps, just has that Berry Thang Goin On.
I sure love that.
I love that fest, I love that town . . . . (kudo's Zeke).
I surely do. |
